English Pale Ale

5 gallon no-sparge
9.25 pounds of Maris Otter
.75 pounds of Crystal 135L
Hit 69 % effiency with this mash! With an OG of 1047
1 oz Bramling cross at 60 minutes
1 oz Bramling Cross at 30 minutes
1 oz Bramling Cross at 1 minute
Wyeast 1768 English Bitter yeast
This is nice, the no-sparge has really increased the malt profile. The Bramling Cross comes thru very nicely also. Will be changing how I brew English Ales in the future!!!!
