Started two batches of mead today, one with cranberry blossom honey and Lalvin K1-V1116, the other with Blueberry blossom honey and Red Star Montrachet yeast.The Blueberry blossom mead was racked onto 6.5 pounds of strawberries on 1-12-12
This is what the strawberries look like after the mead took all the goodness away.
Then its time to add more berries. 5 and three quarter pounds more on 1-16-12.
