Brewing an Irish Red today, on 10-4 (good buddy)
8 pounds Maris Otter
1.25 pounds Caramalt
.25 pounds of dark chocolate malt
1 pound flaked barley
1 hour boil with 1 ouncesBrewers Gold
Fermented on yeast cake from Dry Stout.
