Tis Cider Season!!!

Putting together a cider today. 2 gallons of Louisburg, three gallons of Musselman's. Boost the av a bit with a pound of light brown sugar. Will be bringing back cider from Iowa in two weeks to do another batch. These are getting a dose of Wyeast Cider yeast.
