No Sparge Bitter
Heated 15 gallons of water to 154. Added
15 pounds of Maris Otter
3/4 pounds of 135L crystal,
mashing at 149.
Kegged this one today (4-7). I'm on my second pint, I admit its flat but it is oh so good.
