Classic American Pilsner
Ten gallon batch
13.75 pounds of IdaPils
5 pounds of flaked rice
mashed at 148
90 minute boil
3 ounces of Saaz at 60
2 ounces Saaz at 30
2 ounces Saaz at knockout.
Ten days later and its getting lagered. Kegged and placed in the freezers.
