10 gallon batch
10 pounds Maris Otter
15 pounds Idapils
1.5 pounds of wheat malt
2 pounds carastan
3/4 pound Briess extra special malt
1.5 oz Centennial leaf in mash
1 oz Chinook 60 minutes
4 oz Centennial 15 minutes
4 oz Cascade 5 minutes
4 oz Cascade 1 minute.
Using S-05, three packets.
Fermented at 66 F
1/9/12 Dry hopped with two ounces of Centennial
Very good, nicely bittered, malt shows thru, heavenly aroma of American hops.
