15 gallons of Cheswick Bitter brewed,
21 pounds of Maris Otter
1 pound 135 Crystal
1.5 ounces of Target at 60
3/4 ounce each of Northdown and Challenger at 15
Will dry hop in the secondary and in keg/casks with East Kent Golding
Ended up using S-04, went to Wormsway to get Wyeast 1968, they were out, substituted 1028, made a half gallon starter, and nothing happened. A little foam today. A total waste, need to plan my brew days better to avoid this.
